Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. Always open to answer questions and clear everyone's doubts. The whole IMC team and my counsellor Ms. Archi Saini has been really helpful from the beginning of the course till the end. I recommend anyone who wishes to learn about Lean Six Sigma and PMP to get their their certification from the IMC institute. Archi Saini has been such a sweet person assisting me with answering my questions and helping me with anything related to the course. I hope she flourishes in her life and career. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Nice experience with and IMC. All instructors are very supportive. The way of teaching and clearing our doubts are appreciable. Even in her hard times, she was replying and trying to resolve my issue related to exams which touched the most to me. I appreciate her support throughout this learning. It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.
