The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. I would like to thank Sofia Ma'am for helping me out and understanding my concerns during the hour of need and thereby allowing me to complete my training with IMC.

The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. Our IMC Counselor, Rose Ann de Luna has satisfactorily provided her awesome support in guiding and providing information necessary to continue the course. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.
