Still hungry mind set to make charts in Minitab, Mr. Debasish explained the concept of using Black belt tools in Minitab. Wonderful experience. Mr. Shashi explained the DOE experiment well and practical test in Mintab prove scientifically. It was an outstanding experience we were privileged to have such a Lecturer as we learned a lot in a short period, I would recommend him for further training. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program offered to me by the institute was great. It gave me a deeper understanding of what and how Lean Six sigma works in my field of study and even in other sectors. The program gave us each micro and macro details about this quality tool. The trainer is equipped and skilled to impart all his expertise to the class. Kudos! I am very grateful to Ms. Zeba for her valuable effort to always remind me of the class and other matters related to the program. Thank you Ms Zeba for giving an extra mile in serving me and other students for this program. You did very great. She is an efficient and effective counsellor I may say.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is very engaging and helpful, and went out of his way to provide extra materials that will be helpful at work. I learned a lot of very very useful tips understanding lean sigma basic level.
