The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!
