The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. I believe the trainers were great at doing their job. I can recommend it to my colleagues.

My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. The trainer’s communication skills were excellent, and he was really prompt in clearing all my queries. The course demonstrates critical areas for improvements in management. Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.
