The program is easy to understand and very useful in real-life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints. He is patient and answers all your queries in a very professional manner. The service team has been on their toes to help us throughout the course and avail all necessary material. The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test.
