I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. I am thankful to Miss Rose Ann de Luna, for always there to answer all my queries regarding my course and for also assisting my needs while taking the course.

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. The trainer provided clear, concise, and straightforward presentations. She provided practical explanations of various topics and concepts. She has utilized her experience and expertise to add value to the course. Hema and Grace are both responsive, accommodating, and helpful. They have provided excellent customer service and ensure that the client’s concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. Grace has been particularly helpful when I was following up on my access for the examination.

IMC program was very much informative and interactive. Mr. Shashi is a very intelligent man. He made sure to go out of his way extend his hand to us. Example and application part were impressive.

Mr. Shashi sir is very good and he explained everything very well. his examples were very practical and are related to the real world. Michelle is very good and helping, she has always helped me every time, she shared all the information as when required.
