I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. The program was well structured and our Trainer Akhter also took us to each topic very precisely and efficiently so we could get the concepts cleared and then only move to the next topic. She was very interactive, and supportive and would answer even the smallest silliest doubts raised from our end. The whole course content has really enhanced our approach to problem identifying, analyzing the cause and finding a solution apt for it.
