I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. The trainers are very knowledgeable of the topics and their experiences are reflected on the things that they discuss. I hope that there would be more examples of how these things can be applied in different industries. Schedule was a challenge as well but all in all it was a good experience.
