The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!

I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification. It was an outstanding experience we were privileged to have such a Lecturer as we learned a lot in a short period, I would recommend him for further training. The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

Everything is up to mark. It was genuine, unexpected and unforgettable support from Ms. Nanka. Even in her hard times, she was replying and trying to resolve my issue related to exams which touched the most to me. I appreciate her support throughout this learning. She's the best and would request to the management to retain such a person in the organisation who made their brand name superior. Mr. Suryansh supported and resolved all the queries. I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place.
