The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Ms. Akther is a well-experienced trainer who explained all the concepts in detail with appropriate examples. This is a perfectly laid out program with work-related scenarios which were easy to understand. Helpful for career growth and development. It is highly recommended.
