Informative training from Ms. Akhter. Could use more examples and exercises for statistical analyses. Her expertise on the subject matter was apparent. She also was very eloquent and fluent in English.

It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed. The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! A ppt or presentation centric to Minitab tool will be highly appreciated. I love and appreciate how instructor uses the excel to discuss his key points and lessons. Minitab exercises are at par and well discussed. The instructor displayed a good visual presentation of the course.
