The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining. Enjoyed a lot and was enlightening. The instructor might use examples from other businesses to clarify the notion. Ms. Aliya was a good counsellor she briefed me about the program in a very professional way. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. My experiences there have had a big influence on how I think and interpret things, and I always felt welcome there.
