Thank you for your wisdom, experience and personable presentation. It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time, and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

The Lean six sigma program was very interesting and Mr. Shashi played a very good role as a trainer. He explained each and every detailed information about Lean six sigma. Ms. Vanshika Bajaj explained the program very well and was very helpful throughout the journey. Ms. Frixie responded quickly and timely in every needy condition. The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

Mr.Pankaj are great, very polite, very helpful and always ready to help without delay, keep doing the great work. Service team keep doing the great work, from now onwards i will be a net promotor to IMC.

Trainer Mr Shashi is very good. Very well versed with the knowledge. His particle way of providing training is very helpful. Soumya is very helpful right from start of my enrollment. I have never seen consellor helping students at every aspect of training. She is one of best consellor I have seen. Keep up the good work , Kudos to her.

Very informative program, easy to understand the complimentary classes. Also provided with the vedio recording of the previous classes, add value to the program. We are provided with all support to understand the various terminologies in Lean Six Sigma to enable us to master the same.Sofia assisted through the watsup chat of the IMC's official number, to resolve the issue with the technical issue had while taking course.
