Since I started and completed the LSSGB under IMC, it didn’t stop me to continue the learnings and move forward. IMC offers extensive trainings that suit your needs. They don’t leave their trainees behind and entertain all our queries and questions. With the help of IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash I successfully completed the LSSBB (Black Belt) course that I can apply to my current role in manufacturing industry. Thank you for Ms. Sofia, IMC Counselor, that help me on my way to LSSBB under IMC. She always make sure that she has time to assist us in every way.

Zeba became my sole point of contact on this endeavor. She has been very helpful to me and have adjusted so much just to help me take this certification. The program is great and I have the liberty to study any time in my busy schedule. Zeba is very commendable and excellent customer advocate.

Mr. Dabashish sir is the best in explaining the concepts. His way of teaching is too good and help to retain things for the longer time. Interaction sessions and revision of previous data study helped a lot to retain the concepts. PROGRAM : It quite to the point and detailed program with hands on training , Well visualized and time bound. Mr. Gaurav Bhardwaj is very cooperative and helping person with all time availability to reply my queries.

The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!
