I recently completed the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification program from IMC and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The program, along with our trainer, exceeded my expectations in many ways. The CSCP certification program provided a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of supply chain management. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. The program is well organized and so insightful considering the practical discussions other than the theoretical side of it. The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts.
