This training just happened to come at the right time for me in my career. Thanks, IMC & Ms. Akther, Ms. Ashmeen was very welcoming and understanding and did a good job of creating that safe space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged. I love my counselor's interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The service team provided fantastic support and very helping hands.

It was good, concise, and structured. It was a bit rushed though and some topics needed more context and discussions to really learn the methodology. Also, more practical applications and relationship to corporate setting will make the program really great. Nevertheless, it was worth the time. Zeba was very professional, engaging, encouraging, and always ready to help. She is amazing!

The program was well organized and the training material was ample and comprehensive. The trainer was a subject matter expert and the method of teaching was amazing. It was really an awesome journey despite having work and busy. I take interest in reading the six sigma for dummies it widens my knowledge of the techniques that I can apply not just at work but also in real-life situations.
