Gave confidence to participants by making them aware of the central concepts that are needed to make practical use of the lessons being taught. Helpful and mindful of the time and availability of the participant. very responsive and always ready to help out the participants.

Ms. Neetu was very good in explaining topics and the pace of coaching was great. She was clear about the topics and very well managed to explain the Topics. Mr. Shashi sir is very good and he explained everything very well. his examples were very practical and are related to the real world. Michelle is very good and helping, she has always helped me every time, she shared all the information as when required.

The trainer provided clear, concise, and straightforward presentations. She provided practical explanations of various topics and concepts. She has utilized her experience and expertise to add value to the course. Hema and Grace are both responsive, accommodating, and helpful. They have provided excellent customer service and ensure that the client’s concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. Grace has been particularly helpful when I was following up on my access for the examination.

The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.

Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. Really, she made my Green Belt certification extra fun and enjoyable. Kudos to her!!!!!!!
