The training is very convenient and learned a lot from the pre-recorded classes. it is easy to understand and the materials on screen are informative. The customer support time is very hands-on and responds in a timely manner on WhatsApp. Special mention to Kritika Yadav for accommodating all my queries and concerns.

Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. Lucky to have him as a trainer, in fact he is now my Guru for this subject and I really appreciate the fact that he squeezes in time to clear our doubts much after we had finished our sessions and that too with 100% dedication. The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma. The Counsellor is very knowledgeable and connects every topic to actual practice in the some businesses. The service team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.
