He made a very complex subject look very easy. Noor has been very helpful ever since she signed me up for IMC. She is very sincere in her dealing and I am very grateful for her assistance throughout the session. Service providers were always at our beck and call and made sure that all meeting links, lectures, documents etc were readily available. They were spot on in fulfilling their duties.

The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.
