The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. Our IMC Counselor, Rose Ann de Luna has satisfactorily provided her awesome support in guiding and providing information necessary to continue the course. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive. I didn't feel any delay from the very beginning to the end of the program.

He met our expectations and had given to us all requested information and knowledge which will be as our based for further belts. Zeba is good and cooperative.
