The program was very helpful in terms of ideologies in my work and our trainer Ms. Akther was very kind and helpful. She provides us very good examples how can we apply six sigma in our work. Very good service team.

The program conducted by IMC was very helpful and Mr. Shashi Prakash's classes were very detailed. His explanation of the concepts and the ease with which he breaks down the topics helped achieve this feat. Ashmeen was very helpful and guided me at every step of this journey. The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Trainer is highly knowledgeable and the way of dissecting information through his experiences in the industry and the the way he conveyed these to us was excellent. All per-enrollment questions were answered properly and on time, which really helped in deciding to enroll.
