The trainer had good observation and focus on the point and course material. and I enjoyed the skill of the trainer, I recommend everyone to take the course. A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.
