The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Ms. Vanshika is excellent to explain the contents of the course and is very helpful at any stage till the completion of the exam.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from the beginning to the end of the process. The team are really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Excellent program, course content and Sashi is an excellent teacher to put things in very simple and plain statements. I would like to attend more classes with Sashi. The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

The trainer made the course extremely beneficial and valuable by sharing his personal experiences and knowledge with the class. The Counselor was very accommodating and responds promptly to my requests. The Service Team did a good job as well.
