Mr. Devarsh Mukarji is an amazing trainer with abundant knowledge. his explanation of the concept with realistic examples has given a type of practical experience while listening to the class. Surbhi.. is an outstanding personality in the sense of supporting the students and the way of responds is Amazing in case of any query, I felt lucky that I met her and i am under her umbrella, because being a student i asked many queries but she never loses her patience even i asked the same question many times. I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

Overall a very detailed and through program which helps me to get the basics of Lean & six sigma methodologies will surely help me in my professional career. The Counsellor and the Service Team were very helpful throughout the process.
