I feel so affirmed while also being challenged I love my counsellor interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
