The trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is well versed in the art of Six Sigma and has extensive knowledge of what is the requirement of the current market. Kudos to the trainer, who is laying the foundation for the new ones and introducing the concepts of SIX SIGMA to its very core. A very well versed and informative session. It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.
