The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.
