The program was very useful and relevant not only in aiding my professional competency/career but also to my personal outlook in life. The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood. Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!
