Thank you for your wisdom, experience and personable presentation. It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time, and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

The program is well organized. The discussion made a significant impact to the learners as Mr. Shashi's insights that were driven from his experiences made it more interactive. Rose Ann de Luna assisted me well and checked from time to time all that I needed. Her way of assisting clients is commendable.

Mr. Viplav is very cooperative. He is always available to solve any doubts I had about the course and exams. A very polite and humble person to interact with. Thanks a ton. The service team is also responsive whenever needed any help. They managed to solve every query and responded in no time.

The program was a Very Good one. I really enjoyed the knowledge I had. It's for sure an added value after my years of experience and qualifications. It makes a difference. Mr. Shahshi Prakash is the Best, A very committed trainer, We had all sessions always on time. The way Mr. Shashi explains the material is fantastic, he made it very easy with so many examples given to make things smooth and practical. Mr. Shashi is very flexible; he always makes sure that I understand each and every topic perfectly and practically, so with no doubt, I can utilize what I have learned immediately once back to work! Mr. Viplav is very helpful, very patient and always available to answer my questions. I had different offers from other centres but because of the way he handled it with me, I decided to go with IMC only. Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.
