CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. Perhaps the best training course I have ever attended. Mr. Shashi teaches in a very effective manner and his ability to explain complex concepts is amazing. He made a very complex subject look very easy. Noor has been very helpful ever since she signed me up for IMC.
