It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. The training is very convenient and learned a lot from the pre-recorded classes. it is easy to understand and the materials on screen are informative. The program management and training team are very professional. Well professional educational counsellor I recently completed Lean Six Sigma Belts, and I had an excellent experience. The online program was informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and I felt that I was able to take away a great deal of knowledge from the coursework. The resources provided were also very helpful in helping to understand the concepts and apply them in the workplace. Overall, Lean Six Sigma has given me a strong foundation in process improvement, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their business processes.
