The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. Our trainer was amazing who has in-depth knowledge and was eager and ready to clear up our real-life corporate problems.
