The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. Made difficult concepts very simple to understand. Last but not least... Thanks to the IMC Program for conducting such an effective & structured training session. Had a very positive experience working with Soumya and Michelle. Soumya was very easy to connect to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated. Also, on-time support helped a lot during the course and I appreciate the help both gave me during the session and my learning phase. I think the IMC service team is doing a great job by providing such effective and much needed courses. It's a very good program that helps participants to gain stronger problem-solving techniques that all industries need in their candidates. Zeba manages the IMC center effectively and is able to solve customer problems during and outside working hours. The team members are available to serve customers on time and solve their issues.

The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.

The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Ms. Vanshika is excellent to explain the contents of the course and is very helpful at any stage till the completion of the exam.

The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team. And the Service team is very quick and very cooperative in all the steps and simple through out the entire process.
