The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. I learned and enjoyed every minute. Thanks to IMC for a wonderful learning experience as well as my mentor Mam Zeba, for always being approachable and helpful.

The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.

Black belt session gives in depth knowledge of Problem-solving by apply proper Statistical Analysis tools. Its mind-blowing experience. Still hungry mind set to make charts in Minitab, Mr. Debasish explained the concept of using Black belt tools in Minitab. Wonderful experience. Mr. Shashi explained the DOE experiment well and practical test in Mintab prove scientifically. This program is a unique blend of concept building to the applicability of Six sigma in the corporate world. Our trainer was amazing who has in-depth knowledge and was eager and ready to clear up our real-life corporate problems. In fact, it was great learning, which gave us better insights to identify and resolve quality and production related issues. Surabhi is a wonderful person. She was always ready to support and assist me. Without her support, this journey of learning would not have been that easy. Michelle and the Service Team were incredibly supportive and responsive.
