It was good, concise, and structured. It was a bit rushed though and some topics needed more context and discussions to really learn the methodology. Also, more practical applications and relationship to corporate setting will make the program really great. Nevertheless, it was worth the time. Zeba was very professional, engaging, encouraging, and always ready to help. She is amazing!

This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed.
