During this six sigma black belt Master class, I have learned a lot about business related problem solving methods with specified analysis statically. The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed.
