The program is detailed about the topic that is tackled under the course. The trainers are conveying their information and explanations based from their own personal experiences making it relatable and having clear idea on how the knowledge is implemented on the industry. Rose is very welcoming and accommodating with every query I have, especially about the course itself. Her assistance throughout the course is very much appreciated. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

Mr. Shashi Prakash can teach anyone in an easy-to-understand manner he really makes sure you understand a concept before moving on to the next lesson. Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. They are really concerned about you finishing the course.

This program is very useful for beginners to gain their knowledge and the trainer are helpful and always available to clear doubts. Ms. Archi is a very good motivator they guide and give many ideas to grow. The service team is always availed to solve our issues.

Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.
