An excellent program and in Mr. Shashi, I found one of the best trainer to teach the methodology of Six Sigma. My journey through six sigma from white to green belt provided me with the knowledge and the technical skills needed to excel drastically in my career from mid-level management to top-level management. Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. I'm looking forward to enrolling in other training programs with IMC.

I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

The program is great. I learned a lot and a good refresher for the LSS concept since my training for GB was 10 years ago. Rose is very helpful and always available to answer my questions.
