I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. I really appreciate her efforts in completing my course. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified course was really interesting and insightful. The trainer's communication was excellent he has clarified all the doubts and explained the concepts well. The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

Mr Shashi is a very nice and expert trainer for Six sigma. Sampada is a very pro-active counsellor. She is the best at her Job. I would like to pass on my special thanks to her. I always received a prompt response from the Service Team so thanks to all my teammates.

The training was so useful and well-planned. The trainer was so amazing and made sure that the participants understood the content so well. Mr. Pankaj was so professional. The Counsellor made sure all my answers were answered before i could make up my mind about the certification since I belonged to a non-technical background. The service was very prompt and on time the links were shared and updates were given.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.
