Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. The Green Belt modules and lectures from IMC are great and articulate. The opportunity to have different trainers for e-learning made the course understandable and clear. First of all, I want to thank IMC for the self-paced training in Green Belt Six Sigma. This training helps me to improve my critical and problem-solving skills. This kind of training helps a lot in solving problems and conducting process improvement in a more efficient way. It also helps to boost your confidence in improvement processes. One thing I really like about this training is that you can go back to your previous module and study again whenever you forget some details.

The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt. I thought it was impossible for me to get certified but thanks to IMC the promise to my friend Brant Gerald Ramos was now full-field.
