This program is a unique blend of concept building to the applicability of Six sigma in the corporate world. Our trainer was amazing who has in-depth knowledge and was eager and ready to clear up our real-life corporate problems. In fact, it was great learning, which gave us better insights to identify and resolve quality and production related issues. Surabhi is a wonderful person. She was always ready to support and assist me. Without her support, this journey of learning would not have been that easy. Michelle and the Service Team were incredibly supportive and responsive.

Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. Very informative program, easy to understand the complimentary classes. Also provided with the vedio recording of the previous classes, add value to the program. We are provided with all support to understand the various terminologies in Lean Six Sigma to enable us to master the same.Sofia assisted through the watsup chat of the IMC's official number, to resolve the issue with the technical issue had while taking course.

A ppt or presentation centric to Minitab tool will be highly appreciated. I love and appreciate how instructor uses the excel to discuss his key points and lessons. Minitab exercises are at par and well discussed. The instructor displayed a good visual presentation of the course.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from the beginning to the end of the process. The team are really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

The CLSSBB course is an outstanding course for anyone who wishes to enhance their leadership skills and climb-up in their careers. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. IMC staff has been extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the course and keeps you satisfied totally. I thank the entire team of IMC for their support.
