Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

Programmer has done a very well job in remaining the attendees with prior message on the day in the group and few mins prior to the schedule which was very much appreciable & encouragable. The training provided by the institute was excellent. I got in-depth knowledge about the topics. The content was excellent with a lot of practical examples which made the course more informative.

The program is good and the trainers really share their knowledge I'm very much happy about this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. My counselor Ayisha was very much accommodating whenever I need her I'm very much glad she was my counselor.
