Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. I enjoyed attending Mr. Sashi's class and learned a lot from him. He's very knowledgeable about the process. LSSBB is such a complex topic but Mr. Sashi was able to simplify most concepts that made the course more comprehensive. Thank you Rose for accommodating all my requests. Your service was exceptional! The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution. Ms Soumya is always available and active for all the support. Thanks a ton without the service of the complete team your clients are not able to manage their up-gradation in learning along with work.

I appreciated how the instructor surveyed the class before to get a sense of what we all wanted to take away from the course.
