Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

They are very helpful and are interactive. Michelle timely updates what we need and is kind. I enjoyed my experience with IMC because of the people working there. They are very responsive to our messages and are willing to help us out anytime!

A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. The program provides the overview and significant topics regarding Lean Six Sigma. The trainer is very professional, informative and diligently answered students' questions.
