Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. The trainer provided clear, concise, and straightforward presentations. She provided practical explanations of various topics and concepts. She has utilized her experience and expertise to add value to the course. Hema and Grace are both responsive, accommodating, and helpful. They have provided excellent customer service and ensure that the client’s concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. Grace has been particularly helpful when I was following up on my access for the examination.

The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.
