Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. Well detailed course contents. Trainer Mr. Pankaj poses good knowledge and good knowledge delivering technique also. He made course interesting because he holds many relevant experience. Amazing support from counsellor Ms. Zeba. Her immediate response is appreciable.

It was an outstanding experience we were privileged to have such a Lecturer as we learned a lot in a short period, I would recommend him for further training. Outstanding Job from the team and Mr. Gaurav, it reflects how you always guide your team for the best outcome. The team did an incredible job as they put a lot of effort to make our training exceptional and everything went smoothly even though I wasn't feeling well on the last day of training they tried to make everything to make me feel better so I thank them very much I hope they are always successful on the journey ahead.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future.
