The content was comprehensive and informative, covering all the necessary topics in detail. The assignments were challenging but manageable. The trainer was engaging and enthusiastic, keeping us motivated and focused. The Counsellor was very attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. He provided me with excellent guidance and practical advice about the course.

Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. Lucky to have him as a trainer, in fact he is now my Guru for this subject and I really appreciate the fact that he squeezes in time to clear our doubts much after we had finished our sessions and that too with 100% dedication. I feel going beyond certification and inducing interest for the subject in us is his greatest achievement. May God empower him to continue this and help as many as me. Overall course was great and an excellent trainer. Ms. Soumya Verma contribute a lot to my success in passing all of my six sigma courses. She helped me with everything I need all throughout my course duration and she quickly answered all of my inquiries. Looking forward to learning more courses under IMC. I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program. It is an amazing program, very well explained with easy to understand examples. All the counsellors and team are very supportive and helpful. Time bound, highly qualified trainers, excellent study materials, very elaborative and descriptive session who always encouraged our involvement, encouraged for asking questions. Feed back to counsellor: Prompt response, guided and clarified all queries with full information at any time of the day.

The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.
