We only got the surface level training. It should have more lectures with in depth knowledge. Trainer was great. Who could give us the training in time and used very good examples. She was good. Was able to answer all the queries Team was great. Was able to answer all the queries.

Program is very informative and helpful along the e-learning process. I get to know the topics easily because of a learning friendly videos and handouts. Trainer was very versatile and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Counsellor was very attentive on questions asked and get to know your progress from time to time.

The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Lots of great materials; very practical in the application of the principles. Ayisha was very helpful, she was quick to reply to queries and made all the processes very easy. She is very professional. 5 Stars!
