The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma. The Counsellor is very knowledgeable and connects every topic to actual practice in the some businesses. The service team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.

The program is really great. After finishing the program, it adds more confidence in me in finishing projects with excellent quality; it helps me improve my ability to confidently discuss rather complex subjects, effectively solve problems and provide useful recommendations. The trainers are great too and very patient in explaining and discussing everything, bit by bit. The counsellors are very gratifying and cultured. With the knowledgeable inputs and advice from them, the entire course of the training is very pronounced and at the same time enjoyable.

Dr. Mohammed Saeed is very helpful for improving the career knowledge and path and is easy to understand since the program provides multiple exercises and visual material.

Video recordings materials provided really helped put conflict resolution and good communication skills into perspective for me. Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!
